She is from Scranton PA. Her grandfather James Frakes was the book critic for The New York Times. Her uncle is actor Jonathan Frakes of "Star Trek". She turned up in an $8,000 Balenciaga dress(which she also wore to her senior prom) to Christian Lacroix Couture and sat FRONT ROW. Julia has been blogging for Paper magazine's Fashion Schmashion column for the last six months, she also blogs for teen vogue and has her own amazing blog called bunny BISOUS. I love this girl, I will keep my eye on this one. Oh yeah you guys she is only 18.
