This year my favorite fashion insider to watch was Anna Dello Russo. Anna is a rare and special creature. In a sea of fashion elite Anna manages to captures everyones attention. Never is there a time when Anna is not dressed to the nines. She is fearless with a "look at me" attitude and I love it. And that is why I am honoring her with my fierce cookie award.
