The results are in for best couture collection. And the winner is Givenchy. Like a true addict that I am I crave couture every second of everyday. I think I almost overdosed on this collection. The Collection was very concise but very good. Riccardo went to the Givenchy archives for the first time in his couture career for inspiration. Riccardi called the show "Early ’70s Paris — erotic." Now anytime I think about the 70's I think glamor, and what is more glamourous than a pair of black feather shorts or a green sequin jumpsuit with a matching bolero. I love how Riccardi approaches couture. He really understands that new young couture client. I can't wait to see the girls in these garments.
